Most
of us have admired the jugglers we have seen on television or
at the circus. We have probably seen and appreciated street
performers who include juggling in there acts. However,
memories of dropped balls may have deterred us from taking up
juggling ourselves, and even though we may have been tempted
by a bowl of apples or oranges. Yet juggling is a wonderful
form of exercise, which offers tremendous benefits in terms of
health but which is wholly uncompetitive. You can juggle by
yourself or with friends. You can juggle on almost anything.
You can confine yourself to routines with three balls or you
can extend your range to rings and clubs or to five or seven
balls. Juggling can be as simple or as complex as you want
to make it!!
